Time-Sensitive Job?
If your deadline is close, call us after you submit your quote request so we can review timing with you right away. This is especially important for convention printing, event materials, and rush orders.
File Setup Basics (need to confirm with client)
Preferred format: High-resolution PDF with fonts embedded and images at 300 dpi.
Bleed: Include 0.125″ bleed on all sides if your design extends to the edge of the page.
Margins: Keep important text and images at least 0.25″ from the trim edge.
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum for sharp, clean output.
Proofing: We send a digital proof for your approval on eligible jobs before printing begins.
If your files need edits: We’ll let you know what adjustments are needed and work with you to get the artwork print-ready. Minor corrections are part of the process.
